The online and offline ultrasonic test systems are designed to ensure the necessary working conditions are in place for testing the ultrasonic properties of the joints and bodies of spiral and straight seam welded pipes.  The automation system is adaptable for various types of pipes thanks to adjustable working parameters.

The system is controlled completely with PLC-HMI and the user establishes contact with the automation system using a touch operator. The necessary precision for tests is ensured with power-controlled systems by automatically tracking welding with a laser sensor for precision welding control.
