TROY AssetHealth consists of applications where meaning is drived from data by using algorithms focused on monitoring and forecasting, real-time data analysis on cluster or streaming data and anomaly detection algorithms are used. It allows for condition monitoring and anomaly detection as well as estimation of the remaining useful life of the asset.

There are components, graphics, game engine interfaces that include 3D digital models of the component parts of the asset, sensor points and dashboards of sensor data. Being a flexible system, TROY AssetHealth can be customized according to the specific needs and requirements of the users.

TROY QualityHealth consists of applications where images are evaluated using deep learning algorithms that are focused on defect localization and classifications, near real-time image analysis is performed on streaming data and defect detection algorithms are used.

The first step for the defect localization is the use of related dataset. At this stage, TROY image processing library is used. Images of defective and defect free products are collected by industrial high-resolution cameras. The library contains functions for data augmentation, resizing, imperfect data identification, image enhancement, ROI extraction, evaluation, and labeling appropriate for their use. According to the requirements of defect detection, deep learning, classical image processing or statistical methods are developed. Defects are localized and evaluated by the algorithms in the library, and the results are presented to the users via web-based applications. Being a flexible system, TROY QualityHealth can be customized according to the specific needs and requirements of the users.

TROY DigitalEngineering is developed based on the definition of “Digital Engineering” which is aimed to provide the creation of the Digital Thread for the use of digital tools and representations for design, evaluation, and life cycle management.

In this way, TROY Digital Engineering is aimed as a toolset to provide the conception, design, and development of complex systems by covering MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) methods, computational/analytical/physics-based models, 3D engineering and/or digital twins depending on the needs of the application. As MBSE is a subset of digital engineering, TROY Digital Engineering supports the systems engineering activities of requirements, architecture, design, verification, and validation by integrating leading SysML Tools, simulation/modelling tools like MATLAB and digital twin technologies. In this way, system requirements can be matched with the system behavior created by the digital twin structure of the target system for performance and requirements verification and trade-off study.

TROY ProcessHealth consists of applications that analyze data using algorithms focused on monitoring and optimization, conduct real-time data analysis on cluster or streaming data, and utilize anomaly detection algorithms. In addition to condition monitoring and anomaly detection, TROY ProcessHealth allows the use of intelligent algorithms to optimize the production process. It provides a decision support mechanism within the scope of production planning. It is ensured that the most effective productions that can be realized in different combinations are selected and thus energy and material consumption is minimized.

TROY ProcessHealth has the ability to transfer the domain information of the production planning process to the software. It is a decision support system that can make accurate decisions even in new situations by using machine learning algorithms. It provides the estimated consumption results of the production plan.

TROY ProcessHealth provides a process optimization capability that enables processes to optimize their parameters. It is a system that supports decision making of users at various levels, from operators to senior managers. In doing so, TROY ProcessHealth uses process data and TROY’s artificial intelligence libraries. Data driven models are pre-trained and tested to get the best solutions to the problems. Different machine learning and deep learning algorithms are used according to the type of process and the decision to be taken.

With the condition monitoring platform developed for decision support, operational data acquired from different processes and sensors are analyzed and monitored with metrics.

Focusing on condition monitoring and estimations related to mobile systems, TROY VehicleHealth contains real-time data analysis applications. TROY VehicleHealth provides ability to monitor condition of the vehicle and to estimate the remaining useful service life of it.

TROY VehicleHealth collects data including but not limited to multiple sensors applied in mobile systems, geographic coordinates, weather data, vehicle speed, amount of fuel used, pressure and humidity level, and existing environmental variables. The TROY VehicleHealth module not only monitors the status of vehicles, but also enables users to manage developed systems remotely and in real time.

TROY VehicleHealth enables vehicles to execute applications for energy/fuel consumption, predictive maintenance, optimum route calculations, fleet management, and improved overall equipment efficiency. The electronic control unit (ECU) in the system ensures that the system works as required. Integrated with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and CANBUS protocol, TROY VehicleHealth can quickly visualize vehicles information on maps. TROY VehicleHealth can be customized for different brands and models of vehicles and their requirements.

TROY CNCHealth provides real-time data from sensors, production parameters, environmental variables and CNC control units added to the CNC machine, providing instant status monitoring, data analysis, anomaly detection, estimation of the remaining useful life of the CNC machine and cutting edges.

Axis information, geometric codes, machine metadata, messages, production data, spindle motor features and status information are obtained from the CNC machine. Control Unit Library and/or MTConnect protocol are used to provide client communication with the CNC machine. With TROY CNCHealth, a decision support system and vibration analysis can be performed by monitoring the performance and production efficiency of the CNC machine, optimizing parameters, monitoring and recommending cutting edges. Artificial intelligence algorithms are used to predict the remaining useful life of the CNC machine and the cutting edges and to determine the relationships between the parameters.

In order to detect the errors that occur in the products produced on the CNC machine and to prevent these errors by predicting them beforehand, the data received from the sensors, production status information and control unit data are analyzed and monitored with metrics, and it is aimed to increase the total equipment performance (OEE). TROY CNCHealth can be customized according to different brands and models of CNC machines and sensors to be monitored.

The hydraulic and electrical systems that we have developed and manufactured have been successfully applied in more than 100 dams and hydroelectric power applications in Turkey and around the world.

Since hydraulic systems used in dams are very important in terms of safety of life and property in cases of emergency, our main goals are to minimize the risks and meet the demands of the users in the projects we implement.
