DEVELOPMENT OF NDT (NDT) X-RAY AND ULTRASONIC TEST SYSTEM AND PROTOTYPE MANUFACTURING


The main objectives of the TX-VISION project are to perform non-destructive inspection of the products on the X-Ray system during the production processes, to detect errors due to any reason and to ensure higher quality products. Image processing system design and prototype manufacturing, the basic component of radioscopic test systems, which are currently imported from abroad and which can be used to improve the welding process and to detect and repair -if necessary- defective welding areas have been realized in accordance with DICONDE and relevant ISO standards. Image processing software designed to be used in radioscopic test systems is supported by machine learning and deep learning algorithms.

Our automation system, designed to allow the inspection of pipes of different sizes with X-Ray tubes, includes all the necessary parameters for a safe working environment. Defect detection is made automatically with the TX-VISION imaging program integrated into the automation system.
Thanks to the artificial intelligence support working integrated into the system, automated anomaly detection is made and errors that can escape undetected with a human visual inspection are not allowed. By means of processes such as quality enhancement, noise reduction etc. applied to the captured image, audit quality is improved.
