TC-VISION

BEARING QUALITY CONTROL DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

WITH COMPUTERIZED VISION AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The TC-VISION (Bearing Quality Control Digital Transformation with Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence) project aims to reduce production costs and accelerate operational processes as a result of detecting defects and detecting faulty intermediate products in the early stages of the production process by analyzing bearing images taken with the camera system. The system to be developed will also be used in the development of a model capable of detecting defects in different objects. This system will be a platform that is integrated into the existing manual defect detection process and can provide the operator with information about the locations and types of defects. The system consists of three subsystems: TC-COLLECT, TC-DETECT, TC-VISIO.

  • Images for defect detection will be collected with the Image Collection Platform (TC-COLLECT),
  • Defects will be detected by analyzing images with Artificial Intelligence Supported Defect Detection Software (TC-DETECT),
  • The information obtained with the Industrial Visualization Software (TC-VISIO) will be presented to the end user in an easy and understandable way.
