Using hydrostatic test systems, TROY IOT aims to ensure the quality of certain pipes, compliance with standards and leak control at junctions. These systems deliver pressure water through pipes and check impermeability by subjecting pipes to a fixed pressure for certain periods of time.

The hydrostatic test systems developed by TROY IOT are designed and implemented to ensure the highest performance in terms of both software and hardware, and are compatible with Industry 4.0. The systems consist of automation, hydraulic and mechanical systems, data transfer, cloud computing, performance monitoring software and user authorization.

The PLC software is designed in conformance with the international IEC 1131-3 standard and is able to carry out real-time visual system monitoring which is among the most significant properties of the SCADA system. The system compiles and uses the optimal dataset which is necessary to calculate the energy used, emergency information and instantaneous pressure values. The software provides input and output independently of the data format it possesses.
