Our project aims to develop a digital platform with Industrial Internet of Things Platform, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Machine Learning Library and Industrial Security modules for the manufacturing industry. FACTORY 4.0 consists of Operational Technologies (OT), Information Technologies (IT), and Digital Twin (DT) components; it collects data using the IIoT components and it visualizes and interprets the collected data.

– FACTORY 4.0 OT platform is designed to provide control and real time monitoring of industrial assets in the manufacturing sector.  Service-oriented industrial automation and IoT sensor network system are used for data acquisition.

– FACTORY 4.0 IT platform is designed to enable data integration, analytics and computation to enhance process optimization, pattern analysis, anomaly detection and alarm prediction.

– FACTORY 4.0 DT is a platform that provides the representation and 3D visualization of the real physical objects in the digital environment, provides real-time monitoring and control ubiquitously.
