INTELLIGENT PRODUCTIVE SYSTEM BASED ON FLEXIBLE ROBOTIC SYSTEMS APPLIED TO THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND INDUSTRY 4.0


With the real-time monitoring of motion control in the project, it is aimed to reduce production times by implementing Industry 4.0 in the construction sector. Developed with the CONSTRUMATIC 4.0 project, Industry 4.0 based advanced cable driven robot technology provides real-time motion control in two-dimensional axis. The functional robotic system, which can perform tasks such as increased productivity, load movements in the construction area, inspection, monitoring, control, and measurement, has been developed as portable and practically compatible with every project.
CONSTRUMATIC 4.0 software includes the design and manufacture of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components. MATLAB, SIMOTION SCOUT, Structured Text (ST) and WinCC SC were used in the development of software components for cable driven robots.

Some of the use cases for the CONSTRUMATIC 4.0 project are listed below:
Construction: By reducing the transportation costs of the material, it accelerates the transportation of construction materials and equipment on the construction site.
Cleaning/Coating: It provides fast, flexible and safe movement on two dimensions used for cleaning and coating external surfaces. The system, which has high precision motion control, maintains the distance between the window and the platform even in strong winds, ensuring the safety of the cleaning personnel.
Skycam: The sensitive and fast movement of the cable robot system enables the sports played in large stadiums to be broadcasted smoothly.
Automated Storage Management: It provides more storage options to increase speed by allowing fast retrieval and replacement of items for automated storage management.
