Mechanical Stabilization Plant

Concrete Plant

Concrete production should be performed in fully automated manner monitored by computer / PLC eliminating the human factor thus, preventing errors by human operators such as forgetting, making a mistake or losing concentration in the process.
Concrete should be produced as fast and reliably as possible.
The automation program should be specific to the plant, flexible and open to changes.
The automation program should not require any special training for operators.
There should be a large reporting feature based on statistical studies.
The automation system should be developed by an established corporate organization that provides prompt technical support when required.

TroyBLAST

TroyBLAST 380/24 S Horizontal Sandblasting System has been developed for fast and economical blasting of large surfaces such as metal or concrete floors without any dust emission to the outside environment. The system performs cleaning by throwing abrasive particles of steel grit and steel balls at high speeds on the surfaces to be blasted. It is used to clean the surfaces to be painted or coated before the application.

TroyBLAST is used for removing rust or old paints on metal surfaces, removing the weak cream layer on concrete surfaces, removing old coatings, removing old road lines on asphalt and concrete surfaces and similar cleaning works. These machines are not used for removing ceramic, faience, tile and similar coatings from surfaces. In addition, there should be no coating types on the floor that soften and become sticky with the effect of heat.
