TROY IOT

Automation is defined as the technology by which a process or procedure is performed with minimal human assistance. Automation (automatic control) is the use of various control systems in order to operate equipment such as machinery, processes in factories, steering and stabilization of applications, and vehicles with reduced human intervention. Using control loops, a control system manages, commands, or regulates the behavior of other systems and/or devices.

The hydraulic and electrical systems that we have developed and manufactured have been successfully applied in more than 100 dams and hydroelectric power applications in Turkey and around the world.

Since hydraulic systems used in dams are very important in terms of safety of life and property in cases of emergency, our main goals are to minimize the risks and meet the demands of the users in the projects we implement.

In addition to the development and manufacturing of hydraulic and electrical systems for dams and hydroelectric applications, we develop SCADA-based software, manufacture hydraulic power units and accumulator stations for governors and supply some of the systems required by generators.

The following hydraulic, electrical systems and SCADA software have been developed by TROY for hydroelectric power plants:

Butterfly valves
Sliding valves
Conical valves
Radial gates
Service gates
Sluice gates
Cofferdam gates
TROY IOT manufactures the following hydraulic power units for turbine governors:

Francis
Kaplan
Pelton
The units and systems manufactured for hydraulic generators are listed below:

Generator bed cooling and lubrication unit
Rotor lifting system
Hydraulic brake system

Information Systems (IS) are software that helps organize, analyze, and distribute data. An IS is a collection of technical and human resources that provide storage, computation, distribution, and communication for information needed by a business. M2M/IoT refers to the internet of objects or machines in M2M, where the identity and location of objects can be viewed online. Big Data analytics involves analyzing large or complex data sets to systematically extract information. Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines that think and act like humans. Deep Learning (DL) is a class of machine learning algorithms that use different numbers of layers to extract higher-level features from raw data. A digital twin is a computer-simulated model of a system that calculates important process parameters. Computer vision is an interdisciplinary scientific field that aims to make sense of image data. Robotics involves the design, construction, operation, and use of robots. Automation refers to technology where a process or procedure is performed with minimal human assistance. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) systems allow for the inspection of products without damaging them during the test process.
